After being on a hiatus from my workouts for a few months and feeling stuck, it was a great opportunity to get back on track with my daily routine. What cemented it for me, was that Anthony offered in-home and group training sessions-so we (myself, my daughter and sister) took advantage of the group training, with Anthony customizing our workout program.


Anthony’s training includes a variety of exercise techniques and circuits, always keeping it fresh and engaging, which we love.


I’ve worked out on my own before, however, having a trainer kicked it up to a higher level of commitment to reach my fitness goals. My plan going forward is to continue working out with Anthony, not because I have to, but because I choose to look after myself.


We began training with Anthony at MultiTRAINERfitness in October 2016. After beginning the sessions we realized that just doing cardio wasn’t enough. Anthony has taken us to a new level by offering a complete and total body workout. His tailored workouts have been both physically challenging, intense, but most of all, fun to do. We look forward to continuing with Anthony in the New Year.

I just wanted to thank you for working with me and making exercise a more positive experience. This was the first time working with a personal trainer and you made it a great experience. You always made it interesting, pushed me just a little bit more when I needed it, worked with the limited space I had available and brought new ‘gadgets’ to work with. I was always surprised at what portable exercise equipment you were able to bring and the various ways they would be used. I enjoyed the kickboxing workouts the best and I never did the same workout twice!
